Department of Education Request for Proposal Technical Assistance for District-Level Administrator Evaluation
The purpose of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is to obtain technical assistance for Local Education Agencies ("LEAs" or "school districts") who are voluntarily participating in the Race to the Top (RTTT) grant for design and alignment of district-level administrator evaluation systems to the LEA's instructional evaluations, school administrator evaluations and to district student outcome goals. The U.S. Department of Education reserves a royalty-free, nonexclusive, and irrevocable license to reproduce, publish, or otherwise use, and to authorize others to use, for Federal government purposes, the copyright in any work developed under this procurement, and any rights of copyright to which a contractor purchases ownership with Race to the Top funds.
