Notice Type: Sources Sought

The General Services Administration is conducting Market Research for Women Owned Companies that would be interested in a Firm fixed price (FFP) Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) facilities Operation and Maintenance Contract located at the Denver Federal Center in Lakewood Colorado.

The result of the Sources Sought will be used to determine if competition of Women owned business exist.
The anticipated requirement is for a service contract for the operations and maintenance services for six buildings located on a federal campus in Lakewood Colorado. Services will include but are not limited to: provide mechanical maintenance services, including maintenance of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems, fire alarm systems.

Eligibility

The applicable NAICS code for this action is 561210 - Facilities Support Services and the size standard $38.5 million. Women Owned Business are requested to respond, each respondent must clearly identify their business size in the capabilities statement.
How to Respond
This is a Sources Sought ONLY and all interested and capable offerors are encouraged to respond. It is not a request for competitive proposals. It is issued solely for Information and Planning Purposes - It does not constitute a Solicitation nor does it restrict the Government as to the ultimate Acquisition Approach. Responses to this notice are not offers and cannot be accepted by the Government to form a binding contract. Should your firm desire to submit a capability statement, it should demonstrate the Offeror's commensurate experience, capacity to meet the scale and complexity of the proposed requirement and relevant expertise to provide the services identified in the attached Performance Work Statement within the time frame required and without substantial duplication of cost to the Government. The submittal should include a capabilities statement. A detailed response will enable the Government to determine the capabilities on the market to support this requirement. Statements should not exceed 3-5 pages in length.

This documentation must address at a minimum the following items:


1. Provide a statement including company name, current small/large business status and company profile to include number of employees, annual revenue history, office locations, Cage code, and DUNs number.


2. What type of work has your company performed in the past in support of the same or similar requirement? Can or has your company managed a task of this nature? If so, please provide details.
3. What specific capabilities and/or technical skills does your company possess which ensure you can perform the operations and maintenance services.


Responders are advised that the U.S. Government will not pay for any information or administrative costs incurred in response to this Sources Sought. All costs associated with responding to this Sources Sought are at the responders own expense. The formal closing date for this Sources Sought is August 21, 2017 at 2pm.
