Dental laboratory services - Durham VAMC
This is a Pre-solicitation notice. This Pre-solicitation notice is not a request for formal proposals or quotes. Solicitation, VA246-14-Q-0357, will be issued on or about 28 July 2014. The Department of Veterans Affairs Durham North Carolina has a need for dental laboratory services for crown and bridges; CAD-CAM Crowns and implants; Cast Implant Abutments and Sihng Unit Restoration. The quantity is approximately 1,000 total procedures per year, a combination of the above items. This dental laboratory service shall include all procedures from pour up impressions to finished products. Full Gold Crown/Porcelain-fused gold crown units shall be a minimum of 2% gold metal. The period of performance shall be for a base and two option years. The applicable NAICS Code is 339116 with a size standard of 500 employees. This is a 100% Small Business (SB) Set-aside.
