Dental Service Contract
The Maryland Air National Guard is seeking to provide dental examination services in support of individual Airman dental readiness as prescribed by AFI 10-250. Requirement: Quality Control (QC): The Contractor shall provide a preliminary Quality Control Plan (QCP) with their proposal The QCP shall include a detailed discussion of the steps proposed to ensure quality, adherence to schedule, proactive communication and adherence to budget. The QCP shall include a description of corrective action steps to take should the Contractor performance be substandard. An organizational depiction of the project team and chain(s)-of-command shall also be included in the QCP. The QCP shall be submitted as part of the quote.
The period of performance shall be one year from the award date plus two option years.

This notice is being posted as an avenue to provide Request for Quotation. In accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 5.202 (a)(13), Exceptions to publicizing contract actions, there will not be a pre-solicitation notice posted for this required action.
This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued.
Please provide a quote for the dental service of one year plus two option years to the 175th MD Air National Guard Base, located at 2701 Eastern Boulevard Baltimore, MD 21220-2801. The primary location of onsite work is Warfield ANGB. Contract services will be provided on one weekday per month and on Saturday of regularly scheduled drills each month as determined by the installation commander.
