Demotlition and Removal of Daybeacon and Light on Illinois RIver

Period of performance will need to be coordinated between the contractor and the USCGC Sangamon. Water levels on the river need to be condusive for operations for both the contractor and USCGC Sangamon. Historically the river freezes mid December, therefore work will need to be completed before operations are no longer permitted on the river.
