Demolition of Off Campus Residence
The general scope of work will consist of furnishing all supervision, labor, material, equipment, machinery and items necessary for Furnishing all supervision, labor, material, equipment, machinery and items necessary for demolition. Residential wood frame structure on piers/Concrete slab structure and not limited to removal of driveways concrete and/or rock/shell, slabs, sidewalks, trees, hedges, and etc. as specified. Back filling all holes caused by the removal of residence, removing of driveway, sidewalks, and all open areas of concrete, utility lines, poles, footings, trees, shrubs, and planting, etc., shall be completely filled to existing grade site elevations with soil of comparable quality like that found on site with select 60/40 sand fill as required. All fill for the holes shall be placed in 8" lifts wetted and thoroughly compacted. Provide select fill as required for proper drainage and cover all affected areas with Hydro-Mulch with Standard Bermuda grass mixed with rye grass as approved. Site shall be left clear of all debris and trash. All areas will be back filled and leveled / dragged to site elevations and will be checked prior to Hydro-Mulching. The total removal of both residence and landscaping work must be completed within 20 calendar days, after Notice to Proceed has been issued.
