Demolition of Flood Damaged Structures
The Town, on behalf of the current property owners, is soliciting lump sum bids for the demolition and removal of the seventeen (17) residential structures and the return to grade of each side. These properties are currently deemed unsafe for occupancy and are candidate properties for FEMA Hazard Mitigation Grant Program for razing of the structures on these properties.
