The work consists of, but is not limited to, demolition, grading, hydroseeding and miscellaneous related work at 111 NE MLK Jr. Blvd in Portland, Oregon and associated surface parking and outbuilding on Block 75, not including the Union Arms Apartments
The bid closes at 5:00 p.m. on July 10, 2008.
A mandatory prebid conference and jobsite tour will be held at 1:30 p.m. on Friday, June 27, 2008 and all parties shall meet at 111 NE Martin Luther King Jr. Blvd..
