Remove designated buildings and sitework materials including structure, foundation, basement, piers, & the precast concrete porte cochere (connected between the Bldg & the south cooling tower); concrete sidewalks, paving, curb, & gutters; precast concrete retaining walls; asphalt paving; designated shrubs & trees; underground piping; and all other items as shown or specified per specifications.
