Demolition and Removal of Mobile Homes and Debris
The City of Maricopa, intends to establish a contract for the sale of the subject mobile homes
including the dismantling and/or demolition and removal of the homes and all debris derived
from the two (2) mobile homes that are property of the City and are located at:
45481 and 45465 West Lexington Avenue, respectively.
Specific location is on the southwest corner of W. Lexington and Roosevelt Avenues within the
City of Maricopa.
Based on an evaluation of the bids for responsiveness and responsibility of the offeror responding
to this solicitation, the City desires to retain a qualified firm for completion of this removal.
