HAGERMAN JOINT SCHOOL DISTRICT #233 CALL FOR BUILDING DEMOLITION AND REMOVAL Sealed bids must be submitted on or before 4:00 p.m. on June 8, 2009 to the District Clerk addressed Attn: House Demolition at the stated address for: Demolition and Removal of a house located at 280 2nd Avenue North, Hagerman, ID Proper postage is required on bid packages. Bids received after the stated time and date may not be considered. Bids will be publicly opened and read aloud June 8, 2009 at the District Office in the Elementary School. The bid will be awarded at the June 2009 scheduled trustee board meeting. The prospective bidder is responsible for all permits and insurance. Prospective bidders should review the job site prior to bidding. Contact Mike Lewis at (208) 539-9470 with questions. Bidders are responsible for the removal of all demolished materials and remaining contents of the house. Out-buildings (garage and shed) are not included in this bid. Moving, demolition, and clean-up shall be completed on or before June 30, 2009 or as agreed upon by administration. The Board of Trustees reserves the right to let the contract to the highest responsible bidder, or reject any bid, or reject all bids and publish notice for bids, as before. Bids are to be held firm for ninety (90) days after due date of submission. No bidder may withdraw his bid after the opening of such bids unless the awarding of the bid is delayed for a period exceeding thirty days.
