Demolition and Reconstruction of a Park

The project includes the demolition of an existing building(s), construction of two sport courts, two tennis courts with associated fences, gates and lighting, two multi-purpose natural turf sports fields with associated bleacher seating, scoreboards and lighting, one baseball/softball infield and backstop, a Concession Building, an asphalt access road, and associated infrastructure, walkways and parking for all facilities.
