Contractor shall locate and make all necessary utilities disconnects entering and leaving site. Contractor shall furnish all labor, equipment and materials needed to complete work. Contractor shall demolish building , walk ways, and slabs. Contractor shall remove all trash and debris originating from this project from the campus
