Demolition Services
The City is seeking bid proposals for approximately one million (1,000,000) cubic feet of demolition and site clearance work. The majority of this work involves residential properties that are from one (1) to two and a half (2 1/2) story structures and on average thirty five thousand (35,000) cubic feet. These are properties that have usually been deemed unsafe or hazardous by the Nuisance Abatement Board, Structural Emergency Response Team, or the Court System. The properties are located within the municipal boundaries of the City.
