Demolition Project
The proposal will include the demolition of all buildings, removal of foundations and appurtenances including retaining walls, removal of all trees, removal of curb gutter and sidewalks surrounding the buildings, excluding the street curb, gutter and sidewalk, capping the water at the meter and sewer laterals at the property line. Also included in this proposal removal and properly disposal of any hazardous waste if found. Back fill as necessary. Scraping and leveling the area even with the existing asphalted parking lot. Importing fill as need to create a transition from the removed retaining walls, footing and foundation to the existing asphalt parking. The existing asphalted parking area to remain intact. The proposal should include pre demolition inspections for any hazardous waste and removal if hazardous waste found.
