Demolition & Roof Repair
The Authority owns and operates the Water and Treatment System including a building containing an Electrodialysis Reversal (EDR) unit. A fire destroyed the EDR equipment several years ago. Equipment destroyed by the fire and associated piping and ancillary equipment must be demolished and removed from the building; the building will not be demolished. Penetrations through the building roof must be repaired following demolition of vent stacks and associated piping.
