Demolition/Deconstruction Services
Provide parts, labor, materials and equipment to demolish and/or deconstruct several single family structures as listed below including property clean up. Deconstruction is described as process of dismantling a house and reusing as much of the material as possible for new construction. A primary goal is not only to recycle metals and finish materials, such as fixtures, wooden doors, trim and flooring, but also the recycling of raw materials such as structural lumber. The exterior sheathing, wall studs, floor joists, roof rafters and even horizontal siding can all be refurbished for sale, reusing a valuable natural resource.
