The Mississippi National Forest Service has a requirement for construction of a metal building and disposing of current metal shed located at the Desoto Ranger District 654 West Frontage Rd Wiggins, Mississippi 39577.



This requirement will consist of furnishing all labor, equipment, materials, and transportation for the construction of a new metal building, demolishing and disposing the current metal shed, the new building will be a 90 x 40 single story metal building, please review the attached specifications.



This procurement is issued as a Total Small Business set-aside. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 236220 and the Small Business Size Standard is $36.5 Million.



The estimated period of performance is 60 days after issuance of the Notice to Proceed. The Magnitude of construction is between $25,000 and $100,000.                                                                                                                                                                                                                      

All responsible small business sources may submit a proposal, which shall be considered by the agency. Vendors are encouraged to sign up on the Interested Vendors List to receive automated notification from FBO when changes are made to the posting; however, contractors are responsible to monitor this website for further information concerning this procurement. No electronic proposals will be accepted
