Demolition
The contractor shall include in the bid the price of demolition and removal of this structure, backfilling of foundation hole and rough grading and tamping of backfill to prevent erosion or surface water nuisance on this cleared lot, removing trash, rubbish and debris, leaving lot clean and leveled to uniform grade.
