This Invitation for Bid (IFB) is for demolition activities with subsequent site grading and seeding. The demolition involves a 25,000 sq. ft. education building and two smaller outbuildings. It also includes the removal of related existing utilities and approximately 80,000 sq. ft of pavement, along with various other site features (guard rail, large planters, etc.).
