This procurement will be a HUBZone Small Business Set-aside that will be awarded competitively.
Per FAR 52.236-27 Site Visit (Construction) (Feb 1995), An organized site visit has been scheduled for August 29, 2017. The address is NASA Armstrong Flight Research Center, 4800 Lilly Ave, Edwards, CA 93523, Bldg 4811/Rm 101. The site visit will take place from approximately 9am to 12pm. All interested parties must submit a visitor request form in advance (see attached).
