This Request for Information (RFI)/Sources Sought Notice is issued for informational and planning purposes only. This is not a Request for a Quote (RFQ). It is not to be construed as a commitment by the Government to issue a solicitation or ultimately award a contract. Letterkenny Army Depot is currently conducting market research to locate qualified, experienced, and interested potential sources. Negative replies are also sought. Contractor should not include any pricing.
Letterkenny Army Depot (LEAD) is seeking potential sources of service as per attached:
0001. Dematic Automated Guided Vehicle System (AGVS) Hardware and Software Maintenance per the Performance Work Statement (PWS)
For the purposes of the RFI, the North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 541511 - Custom computer Programming Services. The small business size standard is $27.5M. If you believe another NAICS is more applicable based on the requirement, please so indicate and state the justification with your reply. If your firm is capable of requirements described in this RFI, please provide a Capability Statement to Ms. Laura Buehler, laura.j.buehler.civ@mail.mil, by 3 Dec 14, 9:00 a.m. Eastern Daylight Time. In addition, the following information is requested:
(1) Company cage Code, DUNS, name, address, point of contact, telephone number and email address;
(2) Any small business status (8(a)), HUB Zone, veteran-owned, women-owned, etc.);
(3) Please indicate which NAICS code(s) your company usually performs under Government contracts.
(4) GSA contract number if applicable

The government plans to use the Internet and e-mail as the primary means of disseminating and exchanging information. Hard copies of documents posted on FBO will not be made available.
