Demand Response Program
The Bureau of General Services in the Department of Administrative and Financial Services and in cooperation with other participating departments of state government seeks to hire a qualified vendor to assess the ability of designated State of Maine facilities to participate in Independent System Operator- New England (ISO-NE) Electric Demand Response Programs, enroll sites in appropriate programs, and manage and track payments.
