Description

The Laboratory of Biochemistry and Molecular Biology (LBMB) requires a service agreement to maintain our DeltaVision OMX with Blaze SIM Module research microscope system. The LBMB uses this microscope to conduct cutting-edge microscopy to investigate the underlying mechanisms of chromosome biology, including heterochromatin formation, chromosome segregation, chromosome organization, and telomere maintenance, and to discover the causative effect of defects in these fundamental processes, particularly as they pertain to the initiation of cancer cell states.

To maintain the microscope in working order, it must be serviced by highly trained GE field technicians who are capable of troubleshooting, repairing, servicing and calibrating the microscope system to ensure proper super resolution imaging capabilities. Service for this highly specialized microscope system cannot be provided by any other company or source.
