Delivery of workforce development services

The Workforce Investment Council of Clackamas County (WICCO) in Workforce Region 15,
Clackamas County, is soliciting competitive proposals for the expansion of the delivery of
workforce development services to adults and dislocated workers under the Workforce
Investment Act Title IB. Successful respondents will be required to provide continuity of service
to WorkSource Clackamas populations with significant barriers to employment (Service Delivery
Option A) and/or design and deliver job search and job retention/advancement workshops to
job seekers and career changers (Service Delivery Option B) throughout the contracted period.
