Delinquent Collection Enhancements
The State is seeking a vendor to provide services relating to its Delinquent Tax Collection Program. The State is soliciting proposals from vendors who will partner with the State and its contracted vendors to provide enhancements to collections processes.
The Stateis evaluating proposals for comprehensive collections analytic services, specifically designed to address the requirements of this RFP. The selected vendor(s) is expected to provide an end-to-end data analytics solution, where they are responsible for interface with delinquent tax collections managers and collectors. Systems are required to be hosted by the State.
