Delinquent Account Collection Services
The City is soliciting proposals from experienced collection companies interested in providing collection services to pursue certain delinquent accounts for various City departments at a primary collection level (ie accounts referred by City departments after 45 days of delinquency), and/or at a secondary collection level (ie accounts that have been returned uncollected by Citys primary agencies). The City requests companies to submit statements of their interest, qualifications, capabilities, and experience at a (1) primary level and/or (2) secondary level and proposals for performing the services described and the fees which would be charged. We encourage innovative approaches and promotion of best practices for process improvement and enhanced revenue collection.
