PURPOSE OF SOLICITATION
The Delaware Department of Education (DDOE) seeks proposals from qualified Offerors experienced in online, web-based delivery and scoring systems for the Delaware Comprehensive Assessment System (DCAS) in reading/English language arts, mathematics, science and social studies. The initial term of the resulting Contract will be from the Contracts effective date, on or about November 25, 2009 through June 30, 2014. The DDOE reserves the right to extend any contract awarded as a result of this Request for Proposal (RFP) for as many as five additional one-year extensions if it is deemed to be in the best interest of the State of Delaware.
