Deferred Maintenance Repair/Remodel Design Development
The University is seeking proposals from architectural firms for Design Development for the renovation of the Hall located on the Campus. The scope includes conducting a Facilities Assessment of existing conditions, defining goals and objectives, scope and conceptual design layout of the project, schematic design, and develop process structure and participation plan. Assist EOU in developing a space planning program, provide a proposed schedule to complete the design within required timeline, and document all results of work conducted during Design Development.
