Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) Headquarters - Fort Belvoir Installation Support Environmental Management and Annual Cost-to-Complete (CTC) Restoration Team Program Support
Pre-solicitation Notice W912DR-17-R-0009: This solicitation will be advertised as a Women-Owned Small Business (WOSB) set-aside. The North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) Code is 541620 - Environmental Consulting Services. The contractor shall furnish all labor, equipment, and supplies necessary to assist in program management-related functions, provide financial expertise, provide annual cost to complete (CTC), and other services as identified in the PWS. A DLA-project briefing is tentatively scheduled for held on Thursday, 26 September, 2017 at DLA-HQ at Fort Belvoir, VA. The briefing will be conducted between the hours of 9:00 AM EST to 12 noon EST. This requirement must be provided in strict accordance with the Performance Work Statement (PWS) included in the Request for Proposal (RFP) that can be obtained from www.fbo.gov. All vendors who are capable of providing the requirement as stated in the PWS are encouraged to provide a proposal. All responsible sources may submit a proposal which shall be considered by the agency. The media through which the Government chooses to issue this solicitation will be the Internet only. This solicitation will not be issued in paper. You must be registered with the System for Award Management (SAM) database to receive a government contract award.
