This is a sources sought notice as a means to conduct market research and seek industry feedback. The General Services Administration, Federal Acquisition Service, Assisted Acquisition Services Division (GSA/FAS/AASD), Region 6 in Kansas City, MO is seeking a Contractor that can support the Defense Language Institute Foreign Language Center (DLIFLC) by conducting Standard Setting Studies for Defense Language Proficiency Tests (DLTP) covering a multitude of languages.
Included in this notice are a draft Performance Work Statement (PWS) with associated Technical Exhibits and RFI Instructions with Vendor Questionnaire. Responses are requested by email no later than Tuesday February 27, 2018 at 1200 Central.
