Defense Language Institute Foreign Language Center (DLIFLC) DLPT5 Quality Control & Validations
This is a sources sought notice as a means to conduct market research. The General Services Administration, Federal Acquisition Service, Assisted Acquisition Services Division (GSA/FAS/AASD), Region 6 in Kansas City, MO is seeking a Contractor that can support the Defense Language Institute Foreign Language Center (DLIFLC) by exercising target language and Interagency Language Roundtable (ILR) quality control over the development of all Defense Language Proficiency Tests (DLTP). The purpose of this acquisition is to ensure that all DLPT tests (now in version 5) measure language proficiency in reading and listening to the same ILR standard.
Included in this notice are a draft Performance Work Statement (PWS) with associated Technical Exhibits and RFI Instructions with Vendor Questionnaire.
