MICC Center - Fort Knox intends to issue a request for quote (RFQ) for 4
Dedicated Hosting server annual maintenance, 750 Renameable Seat Licenses (renameable 6 times), and 1400 Virtual World Specialist Support and development for the Human Resources Command, Fort Knox, KY. This requirement shall provide technical support in the design, implementation, and sustainment of the virtual world environment supporting the Soldier for Life Transition Assistance Program (SFL-TAP) objectives. The software will be used by approximately 100,000 Army transitioners on an annual basis and will be supported at Installation Transition Centers worldwide. NAICS is 511210. All responsible sources may submit a quote which will be considered. The solicitation will be posted to the FedBid website at https://marketplace.fedbid.com. Contractors shall be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) to be eligible for award of a contract. Contractors shall ensure SAM registration is active. The official SAM website is https://www.sam.gov/portal/public/SAM/. Solicitation will be issued on or about 21 November 2016 with quotes due on or about 21 December 2016, 11:00 a.m. (Eastern Time). Please note these dates are subject to change. All amendments to the solicitation will be likewise posted to the FedBid website. Contractors are cautioned to check this website for amendments. All quotes shall be posted on the FedBid website no later than the date and time specified for receipt. Award will be made to the lowest priced, responsive, responsible offer.
