Debt Collection Services
The purpose of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is to obtain competitive proposals from qualified firms interested in providing Debt Collection Services for the City Finance Department to assist in the collection of delinquent electric and miscellaneous receivable accounts with the purpose of establishing a contract for those services.
