The City is seeking to contract for Debris removal at the Dam, a minimum of once per year and maximum of three times per year. Debris is defined as (mostly) logs, but the City wants anything that's built up in front of the dam (up stream side) to be removed or relocated whether it's silt, plastic or tires, etc. Logs, silt and organic material can be placed just downstream of the dam. Trash will have to be collected and contained. The City will provide a roll off at the City’s expense for the non-organic (trash) items. The Dam Debris Removal Contract shall include all labor, material, and equipment required for removing Debris upstream of the Dam and their placement downstream (backside) of the dam.
