Introduction
The Yolo-Solano Air Quality Management District (District) is requesting quotes and proposals from experienced individuals and/or firms to perform a database conversion, basic application process and upgrade and ongoing support of system, and future application enhancements.
Background
The District is the local public health agency responsible for development, implementation, monitoring and enforcement of air pollution control strategies in Yolo County and the Northeast section of Solano County, California. The mission of the District is to achieve clean air goals by protecting public health and the environment through innovative and effective programs, dedicated staff, community involvement, and public education.
