The Assignment will be carried out during 2005. The project that the Assignment will support is a multi-partner and multi-language initiative on Research and Dialogue on Political Parties, see terms of reference and IDEA website. Data is collected with three principal research instruments, the questionnaires on Country Context, External regulation of political parties and Internal functioning of Political Parties, see attached documents. The Individual or Company undertaking the Assignment will be responsible for:
technical design of database and website,
technical coordination,
programming of functions of database and website
carrying out the necessary maintenance
monitoring developments in the web environment
