Database Program Rewrite
Information and Technology Services is seeking bids for a rewrite of a database program for
managing, controlling and reporting test scoring and placement exams.
The test data is produced via an existing NCS Pearson scanning system using ScanTools software for processing and
scanning the forms.
The current program that is being replaced is written in Microsoft Access 95/97 which is no longer supported by Microsoft.
Information and Technology Services can produce the reports that are to be replicated, and the calculations used to build
these reports; but do not have access to the original Access 97 source code.
