The purpose of this RFP is to select a vendor that can satisfy the State's need for operational support for a Virtual Library and online collection of electronic databases and electronic resources provided at no cost to the citizens of the state.

Users will access the databases and electronic resources at a specified web address. It is the intent of the State Library to contract with a vendor that provides quality support for the virtual library and online collection of electronic databases.
