Database & Web Development
A principal component of the work under the NSF grant is the design, development, integration, testing, and communication of a web-interfaced database system that provides engineering education and educational evaluation professionals high quality evaluation instruments for use in engineering education development projects. The successful proposer, hereafter called CONTRACTOR, must create and test sophisticated computer code that yields user-friendly interfaces that are used by individuals with very diverse needs and abilities. This development work requires close working relationships with engineering and education faculty, who are part of the project team and consultants to the project, to ensure that the software system achieves the goals of the project and satisfies needs of a broad user community.
