The Family Van mobile clinic was founded in 1992 by Dr Nancy Oriol, Dean of Students at Harvard Medical School. It is a non-profit operating in Boston communities with the largest health disparities. Data is collected about our clients by our team at every visit on board the Family Van. The data is stored on a MySQL database via a web-browser user interface accessed on ipads and occasionally on PCs. We are looking for developers to design an upgrade to our data collection system to make it more user-friendly on ipads and tablets and to better support chronic disease management for our clients.
