Data migration from Access to CiviCRM (in Drupal)

The organization seeks a consultant to move our current user data from its present source in an Access database to CiviCRM within an existing Drupal 6 site. Additionally, we need to incorporate additional data from Excel, our newsletter program and the Drupal/Ubercart platform. With our move to Drupal, we were able to make our sites more visually appealing and user-friendly, as well as easier to manage on the backend, with that we would now would like to integrate all of our constituent data.
All technical requirements outlined in the CiviCRM documentation are currently being met (Apache 2.0.54, MySQL 5.0.87, PHP 5.2.6, 128M PHP Memory Limit, Drupal 6.17).
Our website is currently hosted offsite with A2 hosting on a shared server. It is vital that the privacy of our online members is protected, and that CRM data is secure.
