Data Warehouse Operations and Maintenance Support
The Department of Health and Human Services’ (DHHS) is seeking to enter into a performance based contract with an experienced and successful Information and Technology Operations and Maintenance (O&M) Vendor. The Vendor shall assume sole responsibility for the Client Services Data Warehouse (CSDW) and Customer Data Warehouse (CDW) applications, operations and maintenance, user support for a fixed monthly fee. The Vendor shall develop, implement and assume maintenance responsibility for all CSDW & CDW fixes, updates and enhancements.
