The purpose of this RFP is to select a vendor that can satisfy the State's need for an Enterprise Medicaid System (EMS) Data Warehouse/Decision Support System/Business Intelligence system and its supporting services. It is the State's goal to select a vendor that demonstrates a thorough understanding of the Social Services data warehouse, decision support and business intelligence business, particularly in relation to the Medicaid program and its associated State and Federal reporting and data analytic needs.
