The Naval Air Warfare Center, Weapons Division, China Lake, CA intends to procure on an other than full and open competition basis the following items: 1) 320GB Flash Cache, Qty 2; 2) NBD Parts Del SW Sup, Qty 2; 3) Disk For HDD and SSD's, Qty 2; 4) 160GB Flash Cache, Qty 2; 5) NBD Parts Del SW Sup, Qty 2; 6) Disk For HDD and SSd's, Qty 2. This requirement is sole sourced to August Schell Enterprises 51 Monroe Street, Suite 1802 Rockville, MD 20850 as the only vendor able to produce this part as it must interface with existing network infrastructure. August Schell is the sole provider of this storage solution. Any firms believing that they can provide the materials may submit a written response to be received at the Contracting Office no later than 5 days after the date of publication of this notice. It must clearly show the firm's ability to be responsive without compromising the quality, accuracy or reliability of the materials without causing programmatic hardship. All responsible sources may submit a quotation which shall be considered by the agency.
