Data Management System
SCOPE OF THE WORK: To have a secured web-based Content Management System (CMS) application for access to be controlled and used by the State Council on Developmental Disabilities (SCDD) employees and members of the public. The essence for the secured web-based CMS is for the purpose of, but not limited to the following: (1) managing the work flow of the organization, for a large number of people to contribute to and share stored data; (2) for users to have a profile page; (3) for all data to be saved and secured; (4) to have control access to the data in the CMS based on roles; (5) SCDD administers need to be able to define what information each user can view, edit, upload or download (including printing); (6) aid in easy storage and retrieval of information, for reporting and report writing, creating reports for analysis of consolidated information, reduce repetitive duplication of input; and (7) to improve communication among users and to disseminate information to users of the CMS.
