Data Management Services
The Early Learning Coalition of Miami-Dade/Monroe is issuing this RFP for Data Management to coordinate with the Assessment and Inclusion Programs and provide analysis and statistical data to determine community school readiness progress, program effectiveness and collaborate with other community agencies with the long-term anticipated outcome of comprehensive community system for child assessment.
The assessment programs focus is to provide Child Screening for all School Readiness children ages 2-months to five years old in Miami-Dade County annually; and an Assessment to be administered to 1,400-1,500 children randomly selected annually (representative of the population of the community and enrolled school readiness children).
The Inclusion program will provide intervention services to those children who are identified with a developmental concern through the assessment program.
Data collection and management, aggregation and analysis are the primary focus for this RFP. A Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) will be created between the entity (ies) selected to oversee the assessment and inclusion work and the entity selected through this data management RFP to ensure coordination of these three areas of work. The MOU will be reviewed and approved by the Coalition. The MOU will be specific to facilitate collaboration with the Assessment program and Inclusion program.
