Data Management / Web Portal System
West Virginia University seeks qualified and experienced vendors to provide an International
Study Data Management and Web Portal software solution. This system must incorporate all
aspects of the enrollment process, including (but not limited to) prospect data (ability to import
test scores or other student lists), inquiry data (acquired through a variety of sources such as
email, web, phone contacts, etc.), application data (system must collect, store, and process
application information such as basic demographics, transcripts, test scores, references, and
supporting documentation), decision data (system must provide workflow tracking capability for
application review), and student confirmation/enrollment.
