Data Integration Planning & Implementation
The purpose of this RFP is to solicit proposals and select a qualified vendor who will work closely with the BEACON Program Steering Committee in a series of strategic planning sessions to develop a Strategic Implementation Plan for the integration of databases utilized by the State of North Carolina agencies and programs. The selected Vendor will also develop and implement a demonstration project that maximizes the early benefits of data integration, and develop a data governance program that includes data management and integration policies, guidelines and standards. The Strategic Implementation Plan will serve as a roadmap for the State to implement data integration initiatives to improve sharing of information among State agencies and programs.
