Data Infrastructure (BSDI) Planning and Research
The organization is seeking consultation with either a group of consultants or a lead contractor and subcontractors
to conduct planning and research activities to assist in the development of the Data Infrastructure, a dynamic web-based data and information collection
and reporting system for the investment.
The purpose of the RFP is to select the most qualified consultant to engage in planning and
research activities to support the Commission in the creation of this comprehensive web-based
data submission and measurement system which will improve and streamline the data collection
and measurement.
